Return Policy

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the process and conditions under which Elevated Living ("we," "our," or "us") accepts returns and issues refunds for online and in-person purchases.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must request a return within 7 days from the date of in-person purchase or within 7 days of receiving your online order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Sale items

  • Custom orders

  • Artwork

  • Pillows, Blankets & Throws (including Shearlings) 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email hello@elevatedlivinginteriors.com with proof purchase, detailed reason why you would like to request a return and images of product ( if item is incorrect, defective or damaged).

  2. If your return is approved, we will send a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send the package and or next steps ( i.e. refund or exchange) 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We strive for quality but understand that issues can occur. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective item.

  • You receive the wrong product.

We will evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

  • Initiate a return following the steps above.

  • Once the return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your funds, please contact us at (307) 733-0274.

  • Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Exceptions will be made for items that arrive damaged and/or defective.

6. Special Conditions for EU Customers

We do not ship internationally outside of the United States.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or operational needs.
