Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Ship dates vary by order and are subject to change. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number for you to conveniently track your order. The estimated transit times below represent the approximate amount of time that your order will be in transit after it leaves the warehouse:

Parcel orders shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS are on average delivered in 5-10 business days after the order leaves the warehouse.

Freight orders with White Glove for most furniture are on average delivered in 5-10 weeks after the order leaves the warehouse. 

White Glove Delivery

Most oversized items will be delivered with White Glove. As part of the White Glove delivery service, we will bring the item into your home, up 1 flight of stairs and remove any packaging debris. Please ensure that your space is clear and accessible prior to the delivery. The delivery team is not allowed to move any existing furniture. Please carefully inspect your item at the time of delivery. Any damage to the product must be noted on the proof of delivery.  A signature will be required at the time of delivery. Please note this service does not include any installation of products. 

Note: The estimated transit times represent the time it takes for your order to reach your home after it leaves the factory and do not include production time for out of stock or made to order items. The transit times we provide are estimates only and actual delivery dates may vary.

When the order reaches your local area, the delivery company will contact you via phone, email or text to schedule a delivery appointment that works best for you. You will also be responsible for any storage fees or held shipment charges. 

Expedited Shipping

Select items are eligible for Expedited Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States for an additional fee. Please email us at hello@elevatedlivinginteriors.com for a quote.
