The Blade Pendant transforms the graceful forms of KwaZulu-Natal foliage into a dramatic sculptural lighting statement. Designed and handcrafted in the Durban studio of Xavier Clarisse, it features locally sourced vegetable-tanned bovine leather that is laser cut, embossed, and perforated using traditional techniques before being folded into elegant leaf-like forms. The two-toned bone and gold finish creates a refined contrast, complemented by brass closures for a polished artisanal touch. Its elongated silhouette is ideal for grand entryways, stairwells, double-height spaces, dining areas, and sophisticated hospitality interiors. The installation height can be modified to suit the space, adding versatility to its striking vertical profile. UL-listed for dry locations and intended for indoor use only. LED bulbs are not included. Made to order with a 12–14 week lead time.
