The Blade Pendant captures the organic elegance of KwaZulu-Natal foliage in a refined sculptural lighting design. Designed and handcrafted in the Durban studio of Xavier Clarisse, each pendant features locally sourced vegetable-tanned bovine leather that is embossed, perforated, and shaped using traditional pressing techniques to create graceful leaf-like forms. The two-toned bone and gold finish introduces a soft, luxurious contrast, complemented by polished brass closures for an elevated touch. Ideal for grand entryways, stairwells, dining spaces, double-height interiors, or sophisticated hospitality settings, this nature-inspired pendant creates a dramatic focal point with an artisanal character. Its height can be modified during installation for greater versatility. UL-listed for dry locations and intended for indoor use only. LED bulbs are not included.
